TOCA 2
Not really Impreza related, but TOCA 2 for the PC is out on budget (around 10-11 GBP from jungle.com); the interesting part being the number of tracks featured in the game. A fair number of them I recognise as previous track day venues; which might be useful for anyone wanting to know about the layout (if not how to drive the circuit
). I can't vouch for the accuracy, though.

I spent a few sessions learning Oulton Park, ready for the Feb00 track day, the only problem with the T2 circuit is that it is the short fosters circuit, the track day was the full circuit, although in T2 the full circuit does exist and can be explored.
It is quite a useful tool for learning circuits, braking and turn in and exit points, and what to expect after bends, certainly prepped me for the correct lines to take. Awesome fun.
The topology of the circuit in T2 did n't quite match the real thing, the rise up Clay Hill and the drop down out of Lodge and up Deer Leap are almost flat in T2, in reality it's a bit of a rollercoaster!
Have fun
