Interesting stuff. The Vishnu WRX seems very impressive.

Also interesting to note the flywheel and "at the wheels" power and torque figures for the 2.5 litre STI:-

Claimed Crank Hp : 300 hp @ 6000 rpm
Claimed Crank Torque : 300 lb-ft @ 4000 rpm
Measured Wheel Horsepower: 257 hp @ 5400 rpm
Measured Wheel Torque: 266 lb-ft @ 4000 rpm

Less transmission loss that just about anyone on here experiences.....

Now a Limited Prodrive version Spec 'C' with a 2.5Ltr, DCCD and PPP, PHP & PDF18" would be very interesting indeed

But Prodrive probably wouldn't make one as not enough interest we British prefer our cars slow, lardy and no DCCD LOL (bet we get DCCD on the next lot though
