manifold to block,size of nuts and studs

as title says
95 wrx just found out several missing nuts and one missing stud.guess they werent tightened up properly at the garage after they done the head gaskets.what size are the nuts and do they need any locking washers.

Probably 14mm (socket size), most of the exhaust nuts are that size anyway.

not sure of the length of the studs. however, the thread for the studs/nuts is M10 x 1.25mm

i use the toyota type locking nuts with a built in flange, 14mm socket head.
