Where can I find the specs for the mentioned turbo?? eg wheel diameter, max boost etc??

I have acquired a UK TD04L with eight vanes on the inlet compressor, but my TD04L on a Forester has what looks like sixteen.

Is thre any performance difference with vaying the vane numbers or just a minor design change?
