gearbox oil and a "grainy feel" at 0.5 bar boost?
My engine/gearbox sounds a little *whiney*, was suggested to change the oil in the gearbox as a start, any tips for me about cost fitting etc?

Also, just this past day or so the turbo has been sounding particularly *whistley* and has felt a little *grainy* at about 0.5 bar to 0.7 bar but ok at 0.8/9 bar.
Any tips for me on this one?
