OK an update on Subaru/Bulldog garage in Twyford.

I was in there today while a friend test drove a MY00.

Was having a chat with the MD and they have a couple of mechanics from Pangbourne there as well as the Subaru Salesman. (They are also an Isuzu Dealer)

I will be taking my car for there for its the next service and will report back.

Although after today I may have an MY03 STI + PPP on order by then (Just waiting for Mr Accountant to come back to me )

 

Is the name of the MD still Mike Webb? A early 30's tall skinny guy that shakes with excitement when he talks

248 - I think it's Jason who joined Twyford sales. He jumped ship from Pangborne just before they gave the franchise base. Guess he saw it coming. Good news about the servicing blokes.

Have been tempted by the STi PPP myself but can't fit with the standard seats . Can't be arsed with fitting Recaros, sorting the insurance, worrying about warranty .....

 

Yea thats right right Guys. Jason was the Salesman and Mike was the MD.

Both seemed like really nice blokes

 

As they are taking the business from Pangbourne...

1. Will they give 10% SIDC discount?

2. Will they service EU imports?

 

Dont know about the SIDC discount but he did say that they do warranty work on EU Parallel imports so I guess they would do the servicing aswell.

NAT - The office is in Reading so am around that way a quite a bit what do you drive and I will keep an eye out for you?
