Question

I have PIAA lamps fitted as standard to my RB5 but have a problem as one of the lamps has gone off - presuming it is the bulb (PIAA 130W) I have Purchased another at 19.98 from my local Subaru dealer.

Having undone the lamp from the bracket there seems no way to get at the bulb from the back, so I am thinking that I will have to take the lens out of the pod that holds it by undoing the two screws. Having done this it still seems impossible to get the lens out of the Pod by any method, I have even tried unscrewing by twisting anticlockwise as it says for the standard foglights in the Manual.

Can some one PLEASE tell me how to do this?

Apart from this frustration these lamps make an amazing difference at night adding about twice the range of the standard headlights on full beam.

Cheers

Dave
