You should do what I do mate. Briefly stamp on the brakes. Slow right down, if they are still there. Stop!!!

Get out and have a little chat with the ****er, explaining that your brakes can stop on a penny, can his ?

Far cooler to pull over and let them pass .. then they have nothing to do anymore and they should feel rather stupid, they will certainly look it.

What i usually do to "nova" boy when they are next to u at the traffic lights is rev the car holding it on the handbrake and making it surge foward a bit then when the lights change crawl off like miss daisy...
They always go revving away and look a tw47.
