Ive noticed in the service book you can get the car undersealed etc, does this include repairing chips to paintwork?

 

IMO NO

undersealed is the part of the body you dont see!

Doubt it, thats down to wear and tear!

 

You could no doubt get chips done at the same visit to the garage, but it would, to all intents and purposes, be a separate job.

Undersealing is normally done by a mechanic with the car on the lift. Chips are done by a paintwork specialist with car on the floor...

If you're asking whether you can send your car in for an underseal and have it come back with all the chips magically attended to, the answer is unquestionably no
