It has its metal case (top and bottom halves), but it does not have a label on it. However, if you plug it into a Select Monitor, Delta Dash (or I presume SECS) it will confirm itself as a genuine AG340 P1 ECU.

Inside the board is an unmolested AG340 P1 ECU board which I have never reflashed. I always kept one spare in case I had problems reprogramming an ECU which occasionally happened.

It is suitable for fitting to an STi 5 or 6 with ECU codes AF040 or AF041, and is plug and play. Turn off the ignition and use a 10mm socket - 10 minute job.

The P1 ECU runs higher knock sensor sensitivity than the STi 5 or 6 ECUs. Performance should be indentical, but with extra ability to control for UK fuels.

£125 ono + £5 P&P (I used to buy STi 5 ECUs from breakers for £100-125 plus VAT and delivery).

John,
Please excuse my ignorance in these matters.
I have a MY99 Turbo with the only alterations being a Magnex BB and a green panel filter.
I'm thinking of going to a TEK 2.
Would your ECU be a viable alternative ?

I doubt it will be any use to you Steve, would be more useful to someone with a std or decat STi 5 or 6.
