Has anyone seen or used these before?

The Blitz Induction Cover is an exciting alternative to an Induction Kit.
The kit comprises of a stainless steel shield and cotton gauze panel filter, and replaces the original Subaru airbox cover.
Easy fitted in minutes and maximises performance & throttle response without unnecessary modifications
Pic below, I guess the pipe work connects where I have drawn the red arrow?!
