Can ne1 help me. Just purchased my first scooby. It was advertised as an STI.4 door, 96 import silver. Trying to identify it for sure. Revs to at least 7500 revs. Seems to have a bit more than that, but chickened out. Sits on 16 inch speedlines, electric windows, mirrors and rear wiper. Any advice gladly received.

I always wonder why people ask questions like this after they've bought the car!

High rev limit and rear wiper point to it being an STi, but the easiest way to find out for certain is to look for the "applied model" code on the ID plate attached to the suspension turret under the bonnet, and cross-reference it with the table found here.
