diff lock

i have what looks like a fuse under the bonnet marked diff lock,is this normal as it doesnt look like it was standard fitted and its on its own.(wrx auto wagon)

I seem to recall reading that the automatic transmission can be set to run as two wheel drive only by removing/fitting a certain fuse. This may be the fuse in question.
