PPP ECU on MY98 UK Turbo

Does anyone know what changes does the PPP ECU make from a standard one....? so far i can see the boost has changed from 0.9bar to about 1.1bar.
Fuel Cut.?
BHP.?
Torqe.?
Other changes.?
Is ther eany specs for it anywere..?
I am also running a full decat, induction kit, and nur spec backbox.
