the WRX is 270 bhp and iv 3in to 2 1/2in full s/steel ex that gives you extra 20 - 25 bhp and air filter so i should be about 290bhp

I just sold a 1994 and mine was 240bhp std but running about 280 - 300 somthing like that but you can get some very late 1994 models with 260 not sure where these rally guys got 270bhp from.
Good luck with the sale though mate and just some friendly advice look at what the other newer WRX's are going for on this forum and adjust your price accordingly.....I would say £6,495 o.n.o.

nice car!
To check the bhp of a standard 94MY WRX GC8B48D (as quoted by subaru) pop into a largish Halfords and flick through a copy of "You & Your Subaru Impreza Turbo" by Chris Rees. On page 58 you will find the relevant data - 240PS @ 6,000rpm (The STi version with the same type number had an extra 10PS).

Best idea if you think its running more than that is to have it dynoed - then there is less ambiguity when someone is interested in buying it.
