Saw loads of scoobs in Stranrar this weekend, didn't realise how popular they were oop North, are any of the owners on here?

Also saw a red Evo 6 TME Southbound on the A12 about 3pm yesterday and wondered if it was that BlowDog chappie?

i was in stranraer last week and i also saw the evo 6 , nice. also seen a terzo (blue with gold wheels). have you seen it ?

 

Strangely enough I saw a red Evo VI on the A12 southbound at about the same time last weekend ..... spooky or what?

Blow Dog: Section of the A12 in question was the bypass between Chelmsford and Romford.

Slimshady: Was all ready to go and buy a Nissan 200 but was in Stranners to see Granny at the weekend and saw about 5 of the things, didn't see the Terzo but I must admit I've got the Scooby bug again!!
Still put off by the secuirity issue though.

Rebecca: Cheers for the reply, are there any meets planned for the essex area in the near future? I'm tempted to pop along to the next one even though I'm still a Scooby virgin (I'm saving myself for the right car!!)

listen fish there is no point in buying a car then worrying if its going to get nicked , let your insurance company do the sweating !!!. just take the usual precautions (clifford , tracker etc ) oh and dont drive through urban areas late at night with an aftermarket exhaust, it tends to attract attention!!

I agree with Slimshady .... not buying a car because it might be nicked is not a good enough reason ... there are lots of Scoob owners who are in potentially very bad areas, but as Slim says .... take all the precautions you can ... .and enjoy .....

As to Essex meets ... have a look in the South section .... details there .... afraid I don't go to the Essex ones ... I only drive through Essex to get to Suffolk or back to London.

Blow Dog ... can't believe you don't know where the A12 is ... especially considering where you live .....(but then you are a muppet after all ).... the A12 heads towards the coast towards Suffolk/Norfolk etc from north east London.
