HKS Super Drager or BLITZ Nur Spec R
I'm unsure which system to go for, my main concern is an increase in power with noise comming a distant second.
Which is the best out of these two systems? And why?
Should I consider a different system to either of these two?

Super Dragger/Nur Spec have little difference if any as far as power gains go.
HKS Hiper Muffler flows better with a less restrictive bend behind the backbox, making the zaust stick out an a funny angle.
Both have superb build quality, Blitz slightly better imo.
You should look at a BPM Twister too, don't know much about them tho.
You'll be happy with any of the above I reckon.
Come to a Dorset meet and look at/listen to mine and Marks Blitz's.

Thanks for the advice.
When is the next Dorset meet? I don't get my car back for another 3-4 weeks, so it would have to be after that.
Someone said that Scoobysport's Janspeed was the way to go?

Keep an eye on the southern section, the July meet was last Thursday, will be an August date posted soon.
Scoobysport Janspeed is a good system, well made and a good fit with good performance gains.
Good back up.
Hayward and Scott Afterburner is similar, although louder.
H+S used to supply Scoobysport before Janspeed, so it's a well proven system.
Good back up too.
TSL Firestorm made by Scorpion (Scorpion make exhausts for Prodrive, to Prodrives own spec) also a good system, loud well built etc, looks funny imo, don't like the 5" outlet with a 3" hole just inside the tailpipe, looks tacky to me.
UK built stuff gonna have a better backup in most cases, but Jap stuff from a good supplier will be fine (Grasshopper/JW Racing/ScoobyWorld).
I personally think the Jap zausts look nicer and have 1st class construction and build quality.

The HKS is wayyy more expensive than the Blitz, but does have mild steel construction, as it's quieter & the Drager is designed to get through the JASMA tests, the Blitz (nor Hyper) ignore JASMA.
As long as it's 3", it's going to flow pretty well. Whether you need the flow of a 3" or not depends on the power you are aiming for. 3" also is going to be louder. IMO, the Drager is about as good flow as you can get while staying at a reasonable noise level, the rest are much louder, and to a varying degree, may also increase flow. The Hyper certainly does over the Drager, and so does the Afterburner.
The ScoobyMania one may also be of interest if you're trying to be a little different
