Just finished fitting a Walbro to my MY99 UK turbo. Bit of a botch job really 'cos its jubilee clipped on as the rubber support doesn't fit properly. Still, its not going anywhere!
When I rev. it now it seems to stay rich on the afr for quite a while, even after the throttle is closed. Is this normal?

By the way, are cable ties OK in fuel?

 

Not sure about the 'rich' issue, better than lean though.
As for the cable ties, they may go hard and brittle in the fuel.

 

Hard and brittle..... so hopefully they'll stay put, as long as they aren't touched?
