I have a MY99 STi 5 Type R, which has been mildly "tweaked" (thanks Pat!).
I am about to do a service on the car (sorry, my dad is), and was just wondering what plugs are the best for it?

Car details as follows:

Remapped for Optimax via ECUtek
Blitz Nur Spec R + "pat special" downpipe
ITG panel filter

I have seen that GGR sell some for upgraded STi's, and although I have used them a lot in the past, being as my dad works in the trade, he can get things like plugs etc for trade prices. Also Blitz do some for upgraded cars.

So, has anyone got a model number/make for the best spark plugs to fit when we do the service?

I have some castrol RS10/60 (which I believe is the best oil to use?) and also some semi-synthetic 75W90 Gear/diff oil for the gearbox/diff.
Many Thanks

Cool

Gapping same as the 6's... 0.7 to 0.8mm, IIRC.
