Hi Pete,

Lost interest quite some time ago; taking the Golf around the tracks each time I was home meant the P1 wasn`t used and hence I `disconnected` from the board. P1 has now gone so just offloading my spare bits.

I have `sort` of replaced it - a 4WD turbo that does 0-60 in 9.5; 130mph; has 180bhp & 270lbs/ft; tows the trailer; does 24 to 35mpg and sounds superb.....a diesel !!

Will be leaving `here` at the end of the month and moving up to Bonnie Scotland. Excellent roads; far fewer speed cameras and many, many more Scoobies most of which are very tastefully done. Which, as you know in my view means nothing dramatic - decent wheels; a subtle exhaust & rear spoiler.

Anyway, good to hear from you - I`ll sign off now for another nine months or until someone`s interested in the wheel/tyre.

Did you ever change the wagon and whatever happened to Ceri ?
