Try DRJ Motors in Carmarthen - 01267-221789. Mine goes in on Monday. Used them before and have no complaints with the work done or the price charged.
You can always try the new Subaru dealer on the Enterprise Zone - they've only just started and I've not had the courage to use them yet - but they are nearer.

I've just had my cam belts, auxiliary belts and fuel filter done by DRJ on my turbo wagon; also diagnostic on the air-con: I can definitely recommend them - good price, good workmanship, free courtesy car and friendly service.
