i have decided to get a de-cat down pipe for my MY97 uk turbo and was wondering what else i need to do to get the best and safest power increase. car is used for work every day 40 mile round trip. 57i scorpion tuner exhaust bailey d/v. it is currently running between 0.9 and 1 bar boost. do i need a dawes and if so what else would you guys recommend.

ECU Upgrade next mate, get it running really sweet!!

I've got a MY99 with a full decat and a tek2 (which you cant get for yours I dont believe) and its running VERY VERY well and hit 265hp on the rollers two months ago with 270lb/s torque, all this and it had a faulty MAF at the time, will find out what it has this saturday now its fixed

 

Oh also i've always been told that DV's are bad news from an engine safety point of view, I've just posted asking about just that topic though!
