Various 1999 "V" WRX Engine Parts
After fitting a new engine I have various Spare Parts....
1999 "V" WRX (i have been told its a ver5 2000 spec)
Inlet Manifold
Exhaust Manifold x2
Heads x2
Pistons x3 (1 melted)
turbo
I also have a phase 1 engine for sale which was sold to me in error & they wont accept it back.

Are the heads complete? i.e. Cams, valves etc. What condition are they in, from what mileage car, and how much do you want for them? Mail me as profile.

Hi All,
Sorry for delay in answering, I've been out of the office a few days. (all who have mailed me now have mail)
The turbo is from a 1999 V 2000 turbo UK spec which I've been told has done 35K
It works OK and is currently on my car, as they left it connected to the engine it came with when they fitted it into my WRX
I have been advised to replace it with the correct turbo for my WRX.

Inlet Manifold & Heads are from my 1999 "V" WRX (Jap Import ver5 2000 spec)
The car had done 68k when i detonated engine (i only did 300miles on normal unleaded)
Crank was bent, piston 3 scourched.
I'm told heads are complete and OK, Inlet manifold is phase 2.
As for the Phase 1 engine, we were sold it as coming from a 1998 "R" phase 2 with 40k
However Ive been told its definately a Phase 1 engine, as the inlet manifold is longer,
Throttle bodies were different, & it has no coil pack....
The suppliers were adiment that they could make it fit, and hence wouldnt give a refund.
However I didn't want them to MAKE it fit, else I would have ended up with a potentially un sellable Hybrid phase 1 / Phase 2 car...
We paid £1000 for this engine, however will except less to save taking them to court thru Trading Standards.....
I'm in Sheffield close to Jnt 31 M1
