Problems with tints and the areal MY03

Question

Has any one had any problem with reception on their radio (specifiaclly MW) once they have had their tints done?

MW ? I didn't think anyone listened to a none stereo FM channel these days
Could the tinting have damaged the aerial built into the heated rear window ?

Is your aerial in the rear screen ? If so you wouldnt be the first and wont be the last to have this prob. Not sure if anything can be done being honest but I know of a few people that had to get theirs removed on BM's.

Make sure your tinter did't use a metal based tint as this can cause interference with the radio. They use this type of tint on the other windows OK but on the rear it can cause problems. The downside of using the non-metal based tint is that it doesn't last as long and will loose it colour...so I've been told.
