Lads, seen as the Northern big one has been such a success, what about having next years event in S. Wales? It's a lot closer to home that way, not to mention all the possible locations around here; Margam park, Pembrey etc. I know this may seem to be a crap idea but it could be worth a go. What does everyone think?

I would certainly say arranging a meet down here would be cool.

The one thing is I can't see it being as big as NBO purely due to geographical location. Leeds is pretty much central in Britain, so very few people need to do more than about 350 miles to get there (drove there last weekend actually - about 270 miles from Swansea).
Any meet in South Wales would mean a LONG journey for people in the North.

Still a good idea though

 

I suppose that is true, although I would think that the majority of scoobs in Britain seem to be in the Midlands, so perhaps something in Mid/North Wales would be a better idea?
Certainly worth discussing though!

Longleat may be a good idea actually, sort of a compromise with the midlands guys, but definitely more central.

it was a good day...though the weather
