There is a car show being held in Harlech again this year on the 25th August. Last year proved to be a good turn out with all proceeds going to charity. Have spoken to a few people who know the organiser and think it would be a good idea to have specific cars in their relevant makes, Scooby's together etc.
Thought I would put up a post to see how many peeps would be interested in getting together for this show and have a nice big scooby turn out.
Have spoken to Rob555 so hopefully that would be 2 for a start!
James, thought you will probably be interested as well as it's not a million miles away, saw your scoob last week gleaming away as usual in the sunshine on my way to CK.

Hi Dave, just seen the thread mate, i would be up for coming along as it's only about half an hour away from me. I thought about going last year but never got around to it but wiil go this year great if we can get a few scoobs there too.

Hi James, can't make the NBO unfortunately but all of you that are going have a good time and think of me working on the house. Last years Harlech show proved to be pretty good with all sorts of cars there so hopefully this year will be bigger and better. I'll keep everyone posted as things develop.

Yeah, down on the school fields where the castle overlooks, there is also going to be camping available for anybody who is wanting to stay over.

right , ok . i'm sure that's the same date for the demo derby on the old harlech road . the trouble for me is that it's a bank holiday w/end and i can't get there , never mind next time maybe !! hope all have a good time !!

Anyway, I'm up for the Harlech thing. Wonderful road from Maentwrog to Harlech (along the top road), not driven it in the impreza yet.

One more thing - by submitting this post and agreeing to come along to this worthy event, I am in no way expressing any interest whatsoever at all at all in entering the car into the demolition derby thing. Don't care how good a cause it is

LOL@ Kev. No worries about the demolition derby, that's for all the other cars!! Only joking, it was good there last year and this year is promising to be bigger and better.

Anybody looking for somewhere to live, I've got two flats on the front axle of the scoob, cheap rent, one small round room!! Damn nails, needed new ones anyway.

The entrance fee is £5 to show your car and £2 for spectators, not sure how many passengers are allowed but I'll find out.

SCOOBYPREZA,how many cars are needed for us to be in the "chained off" area ?? I think there's only 6 of us so far,is that enough, or do you need a few more ??? do you have any more info yet ? we know a lad who works in asda,who has a couple of mates that own scoobs, so next time we see him , i'll ask him if they'll be interested in coming along. when i get an answer,i'll let you know.
