Just sold my mr2 turbo and am very keen on getting a Japanese import wrx sti.

I have a max budget of 8500 GBP to spend.

I'd rather a 2 door, but somehow, i don't think my kinda budget is gonna suit etc.

am I right in saying the sti RA is the rally model and doesn't come with air con etc?

do you reckon I can get a 4 door version 3 wrx sti for my money?

What are the differences between V2 & V3?

Just had an email from the guy that imported my mr2 for me, he reckons he can get me a 1997 sti type R 2 door for 9,000.

does this sound good?

Whats the diff between a 4 door sti and a type r?
