Just need some advice - I'm selling the Scoob soon but it's currently overdue its 60K service and the MOT is up at the end of June.

Should I go to Mill Lane in Basingstoke and maintain the FSSH or would I be better to save some money and go to Subaru 4 You?

As long as you have a full service history (speciallist or dealer) then thats all that matters
Showing that you cared about the car and that you took it to the best place available to you, will be your selling point

Thumbs up

If I was looking to buy your car , so long as it was in good nick with no problems I wouldn't mind if the last service had been carried out by a specialist rather than Subaru . IMHO some specialists can be better than main agents anyway !

i agree that experts are better than subaru & often cheaper as i found taking mine to a proper place for 90k service, saved money & got better service (put it this way the cambelt tensioner had been basically nailed into place previously at a scooby dealer when they threaded the screws & was greatful that Roger Clarkes had ability to replace this properly!) & was a professional job
Howvever playing devils advocate i wood say many buyer wood b unaware of this & seek FSSH i no when i 1st bort mine it has all subaru & 1 powere engineering stamp in it & i thought oh not all subaru Oh how little i new then lol
