combatibility for turbo

hi,
i want to change my turbo on my Impreza GT my2000,i want to put a VF34 or 35 but i want to know before if i have to do modifications to put the turbo on my car (like TD05 i think)or if it's just "plug and play" like VF23
?
of course i change the intercooler and i put apexi too
