How much is it worth?

I have a Series Mcrea with the reg P555 BAT. I have had it for 4 years and done 145,000 miles in the car. It has fsh and I am just trying to get an idea of how much its worth and if it would be better to sell the plate seperate. Any idea's/ sugestions welcome.
