Can't see why not! The Afterburner is standard fit, and I'm pretty sure that the Mongoose its as well. But I don't actually have one, so couldn't say 100%...

all i can say is that the bore for my Afterburner sytem was 2.5 inches. If your centre section is 3" then its going to have to narrow when it reaches the back box

We sell a 3" bore Afterburner that will fit 3" centre sections. Usually these mate up to the Japanese centre sections (Blitz etc) so Mongoose should be fine.

Hope this helps

Cheers for the advice guy's,

Its just my mongoose centre section and BB sort of slot together rather than using a flange type fitting, so is this a prob or can you get a converter of sum kind to turn my slot on the centre section/BB end into a flange...hmmm does that make sense...lol...

Cheers,

John.

no it won't fit

as you say the mongoose is a slip jointed system.

however, if you can make the journey to Hayward and Scott they can sort it out.

What's wrong with the mongoose backbox?
