Does anyone have a picture of the MY03 WRX dash by night.
I am trying to figure out which head unit would look the best with the inside lighting

I've just installed an Alpine 9813RB. Although the matrix display can be turned off, the buttons, even when set to dim, are very bright and reflect badly in the windscreen. I suppose changing seating position would help.
