Help! Car in bits, need electrical advice

Ok so about 4 hours ago I started to do an LRC100 laser diffuser install. I've got it all plumbed in, but I am having severe difficulty in locating a suitable ground.
The wires, which aren't very long are dangling inthe drivers side footwell. Can someone help? Like... now!
I need to put this back together again tonight before I set off at 6am for JapFest...
