Think if it was me and they had a gun I would have just handed the keys over. Rather claim on insurance than end up in hospital or dead!!!

I know that it can happen to all owners of expensive / desirable, and yes it is being made more aware in the press but it more tales like this that I keep hearing, and the fact that most of my driving is either town or motorway miles, I am really beginning to question the point of keeping my Scooby, as it costing a fortune in petrol and the oh so essential mods.
Thinking of swapping for a newish fairly discrete car for the week and saving up for about a year and getting something impratical for the weekend for those blasts !

Just reading local paper, owner selling his WRX on test drive with two blokes had gun drawn on him and told to hand over car. Good on him he threw keys into field but came out with broken arm.
Thats two in this area in the last week.
