Sorry for the post in here but no-one is helping in the technical forum. Can anyone tell me where to get the torque settings for the sump bolts
Metal sheild inside the sump
Intake bolts (The big silver pipes on top, Red if its an STI)

Any advice most welcome as im at my wits end. I want to do the job tommorrow and no-one is replying.

Should be in there! Unfortunatly I don't keep mine at work at the moment!
