I got a letter from my dealer saying that as the car is nearly 1 year old I need to pay them £130 to perform a bodywork service. Is this a con or do I really need to do it? If I don't do it will it affect my overall warranty?

It's only for your anti corrosion warranty - engine warranty etc is differernt. Makes the car stink for a few weeks (gave me a headache). As most people on here winge about thin paint on the car, might be worth it in case of any rusting.
