I've got a RB5 and had a full system Scoobysport exhaust fitted months ago. now its time for the mot and i've been told that to take off the center section and replace it with the center cat is not possable. i've been told that the pipe from turbo down needs comming off. pain in the ar$e. help and advise needed as the mot runs out on tuesday.

Not true - you can remove the centre section and put in a cat pipe.

yeah, that's a load of bo!!ocks. I've a full TSL decat system on my RB5 and I simply had the garage stick on the OEM centre pipe for the MOT. My car passed the emmissions test easily and I never had to warm the cat up or anything. Took the mechanic all of 10mins to swap them around.
