My brother has just ordered an sti8 and from my experience asked about the s%!t paint and was told that the paint is different on MY03's and chips are covered on the 3 year warranty. Does anybody know if this is right?

MY03s have still got **** paint

1500 miles and 2 stone chips already!

Warranty only covers corrosion...


Still like car though

 

I'm thinking of armourfending mine ? Its expensive but worth it. If you email me I can send you the quotes they sent me

The other option is to keep your distance from the car in front and fit mudflaps to stop chips at the side.

Most modern paint isn't that could. It since they took lead out of it
