Brand new aquarium fish tank with 9 fish (gold fish, fantails, plecos, etc.) ... bought 10 days ago, it turns out the other half is allergic to them (

Approx size is 40cm (w), 30cm (h) by 15cm (d), has built in light and pump / filter

Fish cost over £40 in total and the aquarium £49.99, there are some bits and pieces in there as well like a ceramic crab, log, etc. All purchased from Pets@Home.

Will accept £25 for quick sale ....

I would take the tank and fish back to the shop and demand your money back, or tell them that you will report them to OATA and the RSPCA for selling far to many fish, especially when setting up a new tank( the full stocking level for that size tank is 3.5" of cold water fish, a new tank can take upto 8 weeks to mature the filter, so fish stocks are added gradually over that period. So 1 small Goldfish is the limit for that size tank to start with.
