Go easy 1st post unall,

coming to car change time soon and i am currently waying up a impreza against others,so thought no better place to ask this question than on here.(i hope)
driven VAG cars religously since I could drive,current drive being that of a seat ibiza cupra 20vt that is heavily modded.
(which can be seen at www.seatcupra.net)
the reason for my leap away from VAG has been forced on me by issues I won't go into-but lets just say i am not happy with the customer service offered toward me by seat and possibly going to involve solicitors.
So my basic questions are:
Q1,what sort of impreza could i get for roughly 15k?
Q2,reliability issues?
Q3,what is customer service from dealers like?
Q4,where is the nearest subaru dealer to me in Manchester?

Almost anything except a new STI, a P1, or a 22B.

Q2,reliability issues?
Paint chips, clutch can judder, engine doesn't like being tuned too much unless you really know what you are doing (unlike cossies and skylines). Treat it well it'll go on for ever.

Q3,what is customer service from dealers like?
Depends on the dealer, you can get good recommendations on here.
