How do you remove the poxy drive flange ?

Use a puller. They do tend to be tight. It is possible to damage the bearings if you hammer it off.

cant even get the poxy nut off....is it a normal RH thread or a LH one ?

popped around a friends house, and mucho use of an air impact driver and off the nut came
