hi looking for some advice about fitting a balieys dump vale
ve to my 93 wrx import it is quite tight fit and the only way i can get it to fit without fouling the turbo heat shield is to face it forward ?

 

It doesnt matter which way it faces as long as its connetced up properly.

CHEERS MATE WHATS THE BEST METHOD TO CLEAN THE ENGINE BAY AND GET IT NICE AND SHINNY LIKE YOURS?

 

Ive not cleaned it since ive had it..!! It was only imported last year so i think this may be why its pretty clean..!!!

Just make sure you use optimax or super unleaded at the very least least..!!! dont use normal unleaded..!!!

I sometimes run octane booster.

The reason is the petrol in japan has a higher RON rating than fuel in the uk.. In japan there fuel is rated between 100-102 RON where ours is 97 RON for super unleaded and an apparant 98.9 for shell optimax..!

Octane booster can be bought from most motor shops i.e halfords e.t.c... but make sure you get some that is compatible with an oxygen sensor and CAT..!
