As the title says my mum is having problems with her e-mail and as I dont know why its happening I thought i'd ask you guys.

Here is part of her e-mail to me "Every time we try to access attatchments on e-mail messages, a message comes up saying that they are 'unsafe' and that the program has removed them. Do you know what we are doing wrong?"

Which settings does she need to change

Tools|Options|Security second tick box down here. "Do not allow attachments that could bla bla bla be a virus"
