Seeing as they are Subaru/STi parts I would be pretty sure that your local dealer can get hold of them for you.

Lets hope so, but i won't hold my breath. They are not listed on the Subaru Website.

Japanparts do deliver overseas.. I just ordered a STI muffler for my GC8 and received it w/o problems...well except for the ****** Luxembourgish cutoms who charged me 170 Euro import...

It seems that the manager of Japanparts is English too, so probably one more reason for you guys to trust him.
