new forrester - best price and place to buy an import?

My other halfs dad is looking to buy a new forrester with the all weather pack on. Has anyone bought or/priced one up lately and got a good price or could someone recommend an importer prefferably in the north of the country.
He is not interested in a self import as he doesn't have the time.
