Something wierd is happening, I can post, as you can see, but my very same password is rejected when trying to edit my profile or previous posts!!!!

Help appreciated!

P.S. don't e-mail me as per my profile as the address will not work, hence needing to change my profile!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

Try sending Simon a mail He is normally very helpful and has helped me in the past.

Check the case of the username and password.

 

Sadly it is a bug on the system that, if yo have a capitla letter in your email address, it changes the password each time you view your profile.

try http://www.scoobynet.co.uk/bbs/forgotpassword.asp

although that will send an email to the address in your profile. If you absolutely can not get to that email address then i am sorry, but i think you are stuffed.

However, if you can access it, then you will recieve a new password, go into your profile using that password, then change your email address, remembering not to use capitlas.

IanW: I have checked the case of the username and password! they are *Definitly* correct, otherwise i wouldn't be posting, but it doesn't like the same username and password for my profile or editing posts!
