I brought my subaru with an hks electronic boost controller already installed, and had it set up at PE at 0.9 bar with 275Bhp and a later chip.
My question is what should be the boost set at for it to run at the factory standard output? I think it should running at 240bhp at 0.7bar?
My brother complains when I overtake I'm cheating as I'm running higher boost, I want to proove a point and run the factory level boost and still over take him

I have a 94 wrx, supposed to run at 0.7bar as standard although mine if you really floor it gets 0.9bar. Confusing, I think you will find they are more than 240bhp too. I did.

Just to let you know mine does not have a boost controller although got some lamco guages.

 

Standard boost on a 93 is actually 0.8bar.
