Does anybody know them? I consider the import of a LHD JDM STi and would like to figure out whether the emission values will meet the Euro 3 norm.

The required values are:

CO 2,3 g/km
HC 0,2 g/km
NOx 0,15 g/km

The car must have onboard diagnosis (OBD). I could imagine that the JDM STi will meet these values because, usually, the manufacturers stay 20% below such values (i.e., the well-known fact that the JDM STi does not comply with Euro 3 does not necessarily mean that it actually exceeds the values).
