The reason I did that was because I thought it was quite funny. And I'm sure anyone with a sense of humour would as well. However as yours seems to have been left on your soapbox, I can see why you missed the joke.

Who cares where the business is run from? If you don't provide fitting / servicing etc. then whats the point of adding to your overheads, and the cost you pass on to the customer, by having fancy premises.

Surely price and customer service are paramount?

I find it rather juvenile and downright unprofessional.

 

It doesn't matter unless it's glossed over.

ie, if you're working from your bedroom and class it as your "premises", big upping yourself by pretending to have more staff.
