Does anyone know if a 93 WRX Import has to have an emissions test to pass an MOT.

Does it have to have the cat emissions test, as i belive there are diffrent levels the testing machine can be set too...

Subject to the same tests as most other cars. If you have a full de-cat it will most likely fail
